FRIDAY NIGHT MEET & GREET

SEPTEMBER 5, 2008

The Friday Night Meet & Greet kicks off the Fall Picnic weekend. Hang around the campfire, enjoy some soup and join us for a night cache.

Each individual or family is asked to bring enough chili to serve your family ONE serving of soup. All soup contributed will be added to the chili dump. PLEASE NOTE: Frozen or unopened cans are not appropriate for this meal.

SPECIAL EVENTS

SEPTEMBER 6, 2008

Activities are planned for all age groups. Please let us know if you would like to register for the following activities.

     Geo-Survivor (Age 18+)          

  Pre-registration is required. Event is limited to 20 participants. A drawing will be held to select actual participants.


     Geo-Challenge (Age 10-17)         

 

 Pre-registration is required. The number of possible participates is unknown since this is the first year for this Survivor style challenge. The event may have a limited number of participants.  Dependant upon the number of registrations, a drawing may be held to select actual participants.


     Kid's Space - (10 & under)          

 

Children will have a designated area just for them. This space will be stocked with games and activities for the smaller  geocachers. Since the space will be unattended, parents are asked to remain with their children while they play at the activity area. No registration is required for the Kid's Space; however, please list all children who will be visiting this area so we can plan accordingly.
